Wiro Binding
Metal wiro binding, also sometimes called wire-o binding, provides a professional look and allows the book to lay completely flat or even fold back on itself, unlike other binding methods.
If you want tamper-resistant binding that keeps pages in perfect register, choose wiro binding. It allows documents to open to a full 360 degrees or lay flat on a desk for hands-free reading. Leeds Die Cutting offers wiro in 3:1 and 2:1 pitch, and we can bind books of up to 26mm thick for you.
You are required to have a 15-20mm margin on the left hand side of your document and a 10mm margin on the other edges to avoid the loss of text and images.
We also offer trade punching, taking the strain from bigger jobs that would otherwise keep in house.
