Horizon BQ-470V Perfect Binder
Our 2014 acquisition of a Brand new Horizon BQ270v Perfect Binder proved to be a successful addition to our finishing capabilities. So much so, that we have recently upgraded to a new BQ470 4 clamp perfect binder which works in tandem with a Horizon HT30 3 knife trimmer. It has allowed us to streamline our in house perfect binding, increasing production and reducing turn round times. Featuring an automatic cover feeder and creaser, pre collated book blocks are fed in by hand to produce perfect bound books at up to 800 books per hour. It is already proving to be a successful addition to our production capabilities. We understand the importance and convenience of offering as many services as possible under the same roof, so if required, we can laminate and die cut covers before perfect binding them.
